compassion." The concept is that the Angel of Mercy is seen encouraging the Lady of Justice. She is staying the sword of justice
to keep it from being used too swiftly, tempering it with compassion.

The office is located on the second floor of the historic Dienger Building, present site of the Boerne Public Library,
across from the main plaza, at the intersection of Main and Blanco Streets. The entrance is facing the library parking
lot.
DIRECTIONS FROM SAN ANTONIO: Take IH-10 West, exit on the second Boerne exit (Business Highway 87), which turns
into Hauptstrasse (Main Street). Pass over Cibolo Creek and through the historic business district, turn left immediately
past the Plaza (fountain/gazebo) on Blanco Road and enter the park lot of the library on the right.
